About this talk
The Movement Control Order (“MCO”) has caused distress for several companies due to suspension of their operations and businesses. Under the Companies Act 2016, there are two Corporate Rescue Mechanisms which can be used. The first being Corporate Voluntary Arrangement and the second being Judicial Management. In this online talk, our speakers will introduce what Corporate Voluntary Arrangements (“CVA”) are and focus on CVA’s. Our speakers will also be happy to answer companies’ concerns over the MCO.
