MahWengKwai & Associates was established by Dato’ Mah Weng Kwai in 1985 after serving 12 years in the Judicial and Legal Services. Dato’ Mah Weng Kwai was appointed to the High Court as a Judicial Commissioner in 2010. He was confirmed as a High Court Judge in 2011 and elevated to the Court of Appeal in 2012. Dato’ Mah returned to the firm as a consultant after his retirement from the judiciary in February 2015. The team currently has over 50 persons, including 20 lawyers under the leadership of managing partner Mr Raymond Mah.
